Sinus Academy offers the Hospitation revers. The expert comes to your operating room and systematically and individually instructs the corresponding operations or helps to carry out the operation.

The following operations or illnesses are suitable for a job shadowing reverse:

• Endoscopic Pansinus Surgery, Frontal Sinus Drainage Draf III, Extended Draf III with Orbital Transposition, Pre-Chronic Access to the Maxillary Sinus, Osteoplastic Sinus Surgery, Optionally with Obliteration (Fat) and Reconstruction of the Anterior Wall with Tabula externa
• Difficult revisions in CRSwNP or mucoceles, “difficult” frontal sinus, osteomas, inverted papillomas.

Optionally, this is supplemented by systematic preparation through training by means of lectures and instructional videos, e.g. the day before.

Training Intensity Levels: From Basic to Advanced Surgical Instruction

Hospitation revers is offered in different levels (intensities):

• Stage 1: 1 day of surgery with 1–3 operations
• Stage 2: Level 1 + individual systematic training based on lectures and instructional videos the day before
• Stage 3: 2 days of surgery with 1–3 operations
• Stage 4: Level 3 + individual systematic training based on lectures and instructional videos
